Six hour-long traffic jams, suffocating pollution, and was dubbed as "the Gates of Hell", those are common stereotypes and exaggerations about Manila. But behind all of these negative labels, Manila has emerged as one of the real estate investment market on the surveys conducted by Urban Land Institute and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Out of 23 Asian cities, Manila marked the fourth spot on their annual "Emerging Real Estate Asia Pacific" report.
