All legal heirs and people entitled by law to such estate can file a claim within five (5) years from the date of court judgement, or once sold, the municipality/city shall be accountable to give the legal heirs/claimants the proceeds net of reasonable charges for the care of the estate, but any claim beyond the stipulated period will not be honored.
