Global Pinoy Remittance Services

by PRIME Philippines Client Experience Group  January 22, 2015

“To be the trendsetter in the remittance industry by providing world class quality service to the global community.”

GPRS, fully known as Global Pinoy Remittances & Services, Inc., is a service provider started in September of 2009 engaged in the business of providing fund transfer remittance services to its broad customer base – from overseas Filipino workers to cooperatives. It delivers speedy, cost-efficient fund remittance transfer services, and aims to be the premiere remittance service provider in the country – a task it is already well on its way to doing with its own IT system: a portal for all its transactions across its networks.

GPRS also provides other services: electronic money transfer, electronic payment solutions, and insurance among many others. Through pursuing strategic partnerships and tie-ups, remittance agencies and even mobile phone companies, GPRS has created a far-reaching network of clients both locally and globally.

As a way for their business to further obtain growth, they are currently increasing their office branches locally. Being heavily dependent on electronic technologies, they’ve established that a potential office building should have a reliable electricity source and should at least have generators in case of brownouts. They also prefer having parking spaces and provisions for their outdoor signage.

The Service Rendered: Corporate Office Solution

The company trusted PRIME to be the agency to provide them real estate services in their search for their next office branch. This involves matching the needs of a client to the features and characteristics of a property. Just like GPRS, PRIME utilizes advanced technologies to bring about outstanding service. We have organized a database of listings including office spaces across Quezon City; leading to a faster process.

Moreover, our well-trained and competent associates take charge in maintaining communication between the buyer and the seller. They were also responsible for setting a neutral ground for two parties for an ethical and professional transaction.

PRIME offered GPRS a 3-unit office space on the second floor of Pacific Century Tower located along Quezon Avenue in Quezon City. This building provides all of GPRS’ requirements which was why the company showed great interest towards it. After site viewing, our sales associate facilitated meetings between the admin of the building and GPRS to discuss terms and conditions. After a successful negotiation, contracts were signed and the unit was turned over.

GPRS has recently moved-in and is currently in the process of arranging their equipment. The owners are satisfied with their unit and with PRIME’s service; they look forward to doing business with us again for their future ventures.
